DICHTOL WFT #1532is single component and - ready use material to seal any porosities , micro and hairlines crack on casting product , auto-part, pipeline, tank, silo, rapid prototype and 3-D printing as well for thermal spray in single process, less effort with ultimate benefits.
Compare with conventional method, application DICHTOL WFT #1532 very easy, ONLYby brushing/ dipping/ spraying or injecting.With the excellent capillary force, it will impregnate deep inside with thickness up to > 15 mm to lock-off any porous, micro crack and hairline in size ~ 0 up to 0,1 mm, even in complex structure,WITHOUT required : Vacuum process or any Pressure tools
If porous size is unknown, highly recommended to combine with DICHTOL WFT MACRO #1546for best result.
The curing time is very quick ( Surface drying approx. 5 Mnt, Full curing ~ 30 mnt). It helps your engineer to react immediately when found porous and leaking issues on site to maximize production. Moreover, DICHTOL is Food Grade material.
